Shipping & Returns

All Shipments will be sent via U.S. Postal Service. All orders will be shipped as timely as possible, Monday through Friday. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.

Life Model Works does not control the shipping charges for foreign carriers and we cannot adjust the shipping prices on these orders. The USPS requires all foreign orders to be shipped with Priority Shipping and after the package is handed off to the foreign carrier, there is no tracking available and no recourse if the package is lost or damaged outside the U.S. Life Model Works cannot be held responsible for delivery failures or damages that happen while the package is with foreign carriers.

We will be closed on all postal holidays (MLK Jr. Day, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day). Notification of any other designated closures will appear on the storefront.

Life Model Works has a no return policy; all sales are final. 

If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within one week of receipt and we will be happy to assist you. You may be asked to provide a description and images of the damaged resource. Most often, damaged merchandise is replaced at no cost to the customer.
